AUTHENTIC GYROS IN LONDON FIELDS
It was our pleasure to assist Ilias and Gianni with their second site in London Fields. After successfully operating their unit in Tooting Broadway market for a number of years, they were on the expansion trail.
In the QSR space their needs to be an obvious emphasis on speed of service. We worked intensively with the Pittagoras team to maximise sales through optimised equipment choices. Marrying off the peg, budget friendly, elements with bespoke design to create a streamlined operation.
From the theatre of the classic kebab grills on the cookline, to the sleek lines of the glazed sneeze screen - all eyes are on the food.
Recycled Heron Butterscotch sheets over clad the service counter to create a subtle texture that never competes with the fresh produce.
Cork front of house flooring also has sustainability at itβs heart and keeps the palette feeling light and fresh.
Simple plywood high level shelving doubles as a surface for the menu monitors. Itβs also repeated on the window dining ledge, with the exposed edges visible on the substrate. The top is off cuts of the Smile sheets, creating a tactile and durable surface for customers.
The last of the Smile sheets get used on the bespoke feature wall lights from Spark and Bell.
Simple, handmade stools by Absalom Classics.
And impactful signage from the lovely crew at Yellow Signs.
